11. Who may play?

You are at least 18, or older if the law of your country asks for it. Whether online gambling is allowed where you live is for you to check.

22. Who runs the casino?

MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica runs LuckyBoom Casino under a licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These terms are governed by the law of Anjouan (Union of the Comoros).

33. Your account

One account per person. Give correct details and make your name match that of your payment method. Keep your login details safe.

• Several accounts on the same name, device or payment method may be closed without warning.
• Official requests, such as self-exclusion and account closure, come from your registered email address.

44. Depositing

You deposit with a payment method in your own name. Minimum €20; on the fifth bonus deposit minimum €40.

• Cards: 10 transactions per day and 40 per month, with a ceiling of €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month per card.
• Fiat and crypto have separate balances and are not merged.

55. Withdrawing and KYC

For every withdrawal your account must be fully verified: a valid photo ID, a selfie with that ID and a bank or utility statement from the last three months, with matching names. Under the AML rules your deposit must have been wagered at least three times before you withdraw.

• Minimum €40; requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Excluding jackpots: €20,000 per week and €50,000 per month. Jackpot wins are unlimited.
• If your withdrawal exceeds the per-transaction limit, it may come in parts.
• You can withdraw a pending request as long as it has not been processed; the money goes back to your playing balance.

66. Bonuses

Switch a bonus on in your profile before you make the matching deposit. Afterwards it is not possible. Only one bonus is active at a time.

• Welcome package: wagering ×40. First live bonus: ×15.
• Maximum bet while wagering: €5 per spin or round, €1 on the first deposit bonus.
• Slots count for 100%, live casino for 10%, table games and video poker for 0%.
• Maximum bonus win: €10,000. Maximum withdrawable after wagering: 10× the original bonus.
• Withdrawing with an active bonus ends the bonus and the bonus balance.

77. Dormant accounts

Six months without activity? Then we deduct €10 per month as long as there is a balance.
