4Withdrawing in five steps
- Finish KYC: photo ID, selfie and a recent bank or utility statement.
- Wager your deposit at least three times.
- Make sure no bonus is running. A withdrawal ends an active bonus.
- Pick a method in the cashier and enter at least €40.
- Wait for the review (2 business days at most) and then for the method's own time.
5KYC
You can only withdraw after verification: a valid photo ID, a selfie with that same ID and a recent bank or utility statement. The name must match your payment method.
6Good to know
- You may only deposit with a payment method in your own name.
- Cards: 10 transactions per day, 40 per month, with €10,000 per day and €15,000 per month as the ceiling per card.
- Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro are welcome. Fiat and crypto have separate balances and do not mix.
- Is your withdrawal above the per-transaction limit? Then you get it in parts. A higher VIP level can raise your limit.
- No activity for 6 months? Then we charge €10 per month as long as there is a balance.
