Healthy gambling
Play healthily
Gambling should stay fun. These are the tools and the help to keep it that way.
1Our promise
Every page has an 18+ label and a link to begambleaware.org. Only play with money you can afford to lose and never try to win losses back.
2What you can do
- Self-exclusion: request it by email from your registered address. Active within 24 hours, at least 6 months.
- Break: 7 days of rest on request.
- Session awareness: keep an eye on your playing time and transactions and pause regularly.
- Parental supervision: keep devices and login details away from children.
3Recognise the signs
Take a break or look for help if you:
- stake more time or money than you wanted;
- borrow money or leave bills unpaid to gamble;
- get restless when you want to stop;
- hide your gambling from others.
4Stay in charge
- Agree a budget and a time limit beforehand.
- Gambling is paid entertainment, not a way to earn money.
- Do not gamble when angry, tired or under the influence.
- Pause often and review your transactions.
5Help from outside
These independent organisations help free of charge and in confidence:
- GamCare — gamcare.org.uk
- Gambling Therapy — gamblingtherapy.org
- Gamblers Anonymous — gamblersanonymous.org
- BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org
6Setting a limit or exclusion
Mail from your registered address to support@luckyboom.com or use the live chat. Exclusion is on within 24 hours.
